DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
Prudencio Rodríguez and his wife, Nurys, are from the
Dominican Republic. They are the parents of three children. Presently Prudencio
is the preacher for the Mao, Valverde congregation in the Dominican Republic. He
also works with a number of congregations that have been established as a result
of his radio ministry. Prudencio has been a World Radio speaker since 1977. In
those years his program has helped to establish congregations in most of the
cities in his listening area.

We are doing well by the by grace of God, although pained by a sister that we have hospitalized in the United States. The doctors aren’t assuring them her life; we only hope to bring her back to this country. Her name is Consuelo Santiago. She was operated on for a cancerous fibroma. Please pray for her.
Last month I told you we were going to have a campaign in Jaibon Laguna Salada. Thanks to God it ended with success on the 23rd of this month. A married couple stayed with us and we are giving them more teaching to be baptized. They are Lawyer Juan Ramón and Doctor Alba Félix. We had the opportunity to air the campaign on the radio program. Thanks to God, this church in Jaibon became a church of Christ through the radio program.
Others baptized are: Eba Paulno, Rosendy Minaya, and Daniela Vargas. Also we had two reconciliations: Orquidea Cevallos and Josefina Valerio.
Thanks to my God for all these blessings.
This Saturday I will be traveling to the city of Moca for a preachers’ meeting.
